Program Description
This webinar will discuss what due diligence questions to ask and the type of investigation necessary to detect a Ponzi scheme. It will cover the best practices for a thorough fraud investigation, including how to analyze the company’s paperwork and financials, and how to best leverage publically available information. It will also cover techniques to evaluate the company’s corporate structure, operational issues, and the psychological game playing to ferret out fraud.

Her other book, Ponzi-Proof Your Investments: An Investor’s Guide to Avoiding Ponzi Schemes and Other Fraudulent Scams (www.ponzi-proof.com), tells investors how to best increase their odds of avoiding investing in fraudulent schemes.
