Program Description

This webinar focuses on the testifying expert's report.  Whether it is state or federal court, there are details associated with an expert report that must be considered in each engagement.  This webinar will address how to make your report qualified for court and appealing to the trier of fact.  Particular focus will be spent on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2)(B) Disclosure of Expert Testimony and Federal Rules of Evidence 702 Testimony by Expert Witness.
