Program Description

This webinar helps you to detect and predict the advanced techniques utilized by great lawyers in their attempts to weaken your testimony during deposition. Your ability to recognize types and styles of questions, and to organize, produce, and answer in a manner that best articulates your expert opinion is the linchpin for successful testimony.

Here, you will learn the typical topics covered in great depositions, and how to formulate effective answers that positively differentiate you from other experts, and which serve to destroy or dilute opposing counsel attempts to weaken your expert opinions through the deposition process.

We will also address specific topic sections including handling questions relating to your background, method and type of retention, credentials, prior testimony,  documents read/reviewed/utilized, authoritative materials consulted or relied upon, information provided to you as the expert, knowledge of the facts of the case, and your actual expert opinion(s), and dealing with hypotheticals, among other potential areas.
