Program Description

This webinar arms you with specific tools to enhance your expert witness report, and to marry it to great deposition testimony. Here, you acquire skills to express your opinion through the written word (the expert report), and typical mistakes (and great things) that appear in reports, and words/phrases that can be restated in deposition testimony.

We also discuss topic areas that could include such things as your background/credentials that qualify you to render the relevant opinion, the purpose of your retention, the documents read/reviewed/utilized, authoritative materials consulted or relied upon, other information provided to you as the expert, the facts of the case, and your actual expert opinion(s), among other potential areas.
