This webinar focuses on navigating the nuances, challenges, and subtleties of the discovery process. Forensic experts can best serve their clients by assisting on the "front end" of the discovery process by identifying the pertinent entities, parties and record types. However, forensic experts are often brought into a matter after discovery has been closed. Means by which to deal with circumstances will also be addressed.
